I've just signed with publisher, Literary Wanderlust, for my gothic mystery novel, The Ghost of Ravenswood Hall.
After a long time in the query trenches (since 2019), I'm thrilled so say that this dark and brooding ghost story has finally found a home. I'll be working with editor, Sharon Salonen, who I connected with during a Twitter pitch party called #Pitdark.
Here's the pitch:
THE WOMAN IN BLACK X MY COUSIN RACHEL
1889-Wm Garrett inherits his ancestral home to find it inhabited by charming painter, Eleanor—and a ghost who looks just like her. When his daughter vanishes, he must exhume Eleanor’s secrets if he hopes to find her alive
Stay tuned for updates on my Twitter page (@HollyBDiaz), and keep an eye on the hashtag #RavenswoodHall. This book is still a fledgling sparrow, and Sharon and I will be working hard to kick it out of the nest so it can fly.
In the meantime, you can read some of my short gothic stories for free on this site, or check out NOCTURNE: A COLLECTION OF DARK TALES, which is available on Amazon now.
Thanks for stopping by,
Holly
